Michael has often been called a visionary by locals and foreigners alike for his foresight on the real estate market and his investment activities within Argentina, Mexico and the USA. 

He was one of the largest individual buyers of residential real estate in Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2013.  He provides consulting as well as advisory services for individuals, entrepreneurs, corporations, and private equity & investment funds.

Mr. Koh has assisted hundreds of non-resident foreigners safely buy, build, renovate, and sell real estate in Buenos Aires.  He absolutely loves being a consultant and working with his clients.

He has been passionate about real estate and technology his entire life.  Mr. Koh was Founder, President & CEO of ApartmentsBA, which was the first short-term rental & property management company in Buenos Aires. (It was the "Airbnb" before it existed, founded in 2002.  ApartmentsBA was acquired by Luxury Retreats in 2010.  Airbnb would later go on to acquire Luxury Retreats in February 2017 in Airbnb's largest acquisition to date.  Airbnb IPO'd in December 2020 on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange (ABNB).

Mr. Koh was Founder and CEO of fypio, a real estate search software company, which was rebranded as Open House and was acquired by Rocket Companies.  Rocket Companies launched Rocket Homes in 2018 and IPO'd in August 2020 on the NY Stock Exchange (RKT).

Michael absolutely loves Argentina and considers it home.   He enjoys traveling around the world with his family.  Michael holds bachelor degrees in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Iowa. 

Luciano has been involved with real estate investments and property management in Argentina for the past 20 years. He was Co-Founder and Vice President of ApartmentsBA, which was the pioneer and premier property management company in Argentina. He was also a Partner at Koh Inversiones, a successful boutique investment and consulting company dedicated to real estate investments in Argentina by individuals and investment funds.

Luciano is  Co-Founder and owner of Wayfinders, a travel agency specialized in polar trips to Antarctica. When he is not working, he dedicates his time to writing and traveling around the world. Luciano is a talented author and has been featured by Sudpol (Breve Historia de la Civilización). His poems were awarded and recognized on different literature sites.  
 

Luciano is fluent in English and Spanish and holds Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Tourism from the Universidad del Salvador (USAL) in Buenos Aires.

Angie has been been practicing law for almost two decades.  She has specialized her legal practice with a focus on real estate.  She has extensive experience in real estate law.  Angie has worked with various clients, including real estate developers, investors, and property owners.  She has a deep understanding of the legal issues that arise in real estate transactions, especially as it pertains to non-resident foreigners.   Angie is also skilled in negotiating and drafting contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate. 

Ms. O'Curry worked along side her father, prominent attorney, Raul O'Curry (Former President of the Buenos Aires Bar Association) for many years.   They have both worked with clients of BuySellBA for over 20+ years.

Angie is fluent in English and Spanish and is a graduate of the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).

Juliana is a certified public accountant (CPA) with almost 20 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting.  Juliana specializes in non-resident tax matters, helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex tax laws and regulations that apply to non-residents.  (There are only 3 or 4 of these experts in Argentina).

Ms. Walter takes a personalized approach to each client's tax situation, working closely with them to understand their unique needs and goals.  Juliana is committed to providing high-quality, accurate, and timely tax services to all her clients.  

Juliana is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients receive the most current and accurate advice.   She is widely considered to be the top accountant in Buenos Aires specializing in non-resident foreigners.

Ms. Walter was the Chief Financial Officer and Lead In-House Accountant for ApartmentsBA for 8 years where she assisted with the successful acquisition by Luxury Retreats (later acquired by Airbnb).  Juliana led a team of 7 accountants and financial support members and handled all financial and tax matters for the company and its hundreds of clients.  

Juliana is fluent in English and Spanish and holds dual degrees in Accounting and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).

Nadia is the executive assistant to the CEO, where she provides administrative support to the executive team. She has developed a keen understanding of the company's operations and is able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and executive team.

Nadia is responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. She also assists with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for the CEO and executive team.

Nadia previously was a Manager in the financial services division of ApartmentsBA, which was the largest property management company in Argentina.   She assisted with the credit card transactions as well as cash management for hundreds of properties that were under management. 

Nadia is fluent in English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires.

With a seasoned background in financial management within the property management sector, Carina brings a wealth of expertise to our team. As an 8 year member of the Financial Services team at ApartmentsBA, Carina played a pivotal role in optimizing financial operations and ensuring sound fiscal practices.

Known for her ability to forge strong cross-departmental collaborations, Carina excelled in aligning financial strategies with broader organizational goals. Her leadership style fostered a culture of accountability, driving her team to consistently exceed performance metrics and deliver on key milestones.

Carina is recognized for her unwavering commitment to compliance and regulatory adherence, ensuring that all financial practices remained above reproach.
