Palermo Soho - 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Apartment

This was a new construction project in the heart of Palermo Soho.  The Founder of our company started buying up many units in this building for himself and his investor clients while in the "pozo" (development stage) while they were breaking ground.  We purchased over 20 units in this building.  This was the 1 bedroom unit floor-plan that we purchased.

They were all very successful short-term rentals for many years.  Most were sold at the peak of the real estate market in 2019.
