This unique 1 bedroom penthouse was purchased by the Founder of our company many years ago when Palermo Soho wasn't popular yet.  It was a new construction unit but he gutted it and renovated it as he didn't like the build quality.  It was a wildly successful short-term luxury rental.  It paid for itself over many years as a short-term rental.
