One of our clients from many years ago (2007) tasked us with finding a large house for him in Buenos Aires.  We suggested Palermo as we told him it would explode with growth over the next several years.  He fell in love with Palermo and knew that was where he wanted to purchase.  

We found an older house in Palermo Viejo that he fell in love with.  He loved aspects of the house and wanted to renovate it.  He wanted to add a pool to the roof.  We joked that he should just knock down the entire thing and start all over.  We did just that!

He retained our firm to completely build a new house on the footprint of the lot.  It turned out marvelous and it has been one of the top rentals on Airbnb the past several years and is his "home away from home" for his family when they come to Buenos Aires.
