This amazing penthouse apartment in the heart of Palermo Soho was owned by one of our foreign clients.   They already moved out of Argentina and they needed someone trustworthy that could handle the property closing for them.  

Trust was key as the buyer demanded to pay the proceeds in cash.  We took power of attorney for our client and we also were the ones that found a buyer for the property.  It sold for a record high and was one of the most expensive property sales at that time.  We safely remitted funds to our client after closing.
