Palermo Soho - 2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom Apartment with Amazing View

On several properties we have been retained up to 5 times for the same property.  This was one such property.  We originally purchased it when they broke ground on the building in Palermo Soho.  That American client experienced a tremendous capital gain and decided to cash out.  He retained us to purchase it and he also retained us to sell it.

We were retained by another investor from Portugal.  He purchased this same property and our firm managed the short-term rental for many years. It was a wildly successful rental.  Our client made significant cash flow and the capital appreciation of the property had skyrocketed.   He wanted to cash out and retained us to find a buyer and we promptly sold it for him.
