Palermo Viejo 1 Bedroom PH Apartment with Private Rooftop Pool and Terrace

We were hired by an American client to find the perfect apartment for him.   He was looking for a while on his own but couldn't find something that had outdoor space.   We quickly found him an old PH apartment and although it needed to be totally renovated, it turned out beautiful.   He retained our firm to manage the renovation process as well.  The property turned out beautiful and was a very popular short-term rental for many years.
