Recoleta - 2 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms

This is a unit the Founder of our company purchased for himself many years ago.  He found this small two bedroom apartment that had the most amazing view in Recoleta.  The apartment was in a poor condition but he had a vision to turn it into a luxury short-term rental.  This was prior to Airbnb existing.  It was a very small apartment but he figured it would still be better than a small hotel room.  He was right.

The apartment was gutted and completely transformed. We changed just about everything you could change in the property.  Knocked down a wall to open up the kitchen, new flooring, new sound proof windows, new bathrooms, custom closets.

The property was a tremendously successful short-term rental that had significant capital appreciation and then it was sold near the peak of the real estate market in Buenos Aires.
