Recoleta Apartment - 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom

We purchased this property for an American client that hired us to find her a property.   She also retained us to renovate the property.  It turned out beautiful.  We purchased it from a very famous Argentine musician.   

We created a masterpiece with its high ceilings and exposed brick walls.  We remodeled the kitchen and turned out so beautiful.   It was one of the most popular rentals in the city.  After many years of owning the property, the owner recouped her entire investment in short-term rentals.   She decided to sell it and again hired us to sell the property.  We promptly found a buyer.   The buyer paid in CASH and we were responsible for closing for the owner and remitting funds safely to our client's bank account in the USA.

The new owner couldn't resist the cash flow from rentals and it's still a high-end luxurious rental.
