Recoleta Apartment - 5 Bedroom Entire Floor of Building

We were hired by an American couple that were looking for a large property that they could someday possibly live in when they retired.  They wanted an entire floor of a building in Recoleta.  It was difficult finding such a big property but we did.

We were hired to purchase the property on their behalf. The seller demanded cash so we legally brought funds into Argentina and paid on their behalf via a Power of Attorney.

We found an old apartment that was formally the Embassy of Albania.   We were also retained to fully renovate it and it was renovated to the highest standard while keeping its beautiful original features. It was a tremendous amount of work. During the renovation, we discovered termites and had to remove EVERY single piece of wood in the entire apartment.

It has been an amazing luxury rental and done very well over the years with both capital appreciation and cash flow.    It was leased for many years by Exxon for their corporate executives as well as other corporations and Embassies.  It is now an Airbnb rental.
