Recoleta 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathrooms

We were retained by an American to purchase a property for him in Recoleta.  We scouted properties and found a beautiful old apartment that had good bones.  Our client also retained our firm to renovate this. property.  We renovated it and it was a top rental for many years.  When our client wanted to exit and cash in on all the capital appreciation, he again retained our firm to find a buyer for him.  

We were retained by a client from Spain that was looking for a property to use while she was in town and also to rent out when she was back home.  It turned out beautiful and both sets of clients were very pleased with our firm.
