2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Apartment in the heart of Recoleta

We were retained by a client from Hong Kong to purchase and then renovate an apartment in Recoleta.  The client told us that he wanted a spacious retreat to come to when he was in town.  He also wanted a property that would appreciate in value and also provide great cash flow via short-term rentals.  This property checked all the boxes.

We purchased the property and we managed the renovation for this apartment. It turned out great.
