1 Bedroom Recoleta modern industrial style apartment

This is an apartment that we purchased for one of our clients from Canada.  He hired us to help him find an apartment in Recoleta.   He wanted a very modern decor.  We told him if he wanted a modern decor then he would need to buy a new apartment and renovate it.   At the time, there weren't many modern apartments in Recoleta.   

We purchased an apartment in a new building that had an unfinished condition and needed to be built out.  He hired us to help him built out this property.  It turned out amazing.  It was a top rental for many years and many years later when he wanted to cash in on the tremendous capital appreciation, he hired us to sell it for him.  We found a buyer for him.
