We were retained by an American client that definitely wanted to purchase an apartment in Recoleta.  He loved the beautiful old buildings with charm and tasked us with purchasing a property and then hiring us to renovate the property to be his home away from home in Buenos Aires.   He was also looking for a property that would appreciate in value and that he could rent out when he wasn't using it.
