Palermo Soho - 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathrooms Penthouse with Private Terrace Skyscraper

We were retained by an American client to find an investment property that would skyrocket in value for potential capital appreciation as well as strong cash flow via luxury short-term rentals.  We strongly recommended this off-plan investment opportunity where they were building a 30 story skyscraper in Palermo.  It's one of the tallest buildings in Palermo.  


The Founder of our firm purchased many units for himself and his clients in this building.   We purchased many different floor plans but this was the largest unit.  Our client initially wanted another unit on a lower floor but it got taken 1 hour before we could make an offer.  We assured him this would be a better investment and it has been.   


This property has skyrocketed in value with tremendous capital appreciation as we predicted it would. It has gone up almost 300% in value since we purchased it for him.  The entire property purchase has been paid off with the short-term rentals alone over a short time frame.
